What is a UN special envoy? Did you know that in Qatar the male population is 3 times the female population? And that the Americans spend the half of the money that would be required to provide a primary education in the world on ice-cream? Did you know that for the first time in Costa Rica a black woman will run for the presidential election in 2010?

ONU Flash, is a new multimedia product that has been created by Lab’s Dialogue and Innovation Office in Lucca. It will provide insights into these and many other issues once a week via a 3 minute news service. Initially, this service will be transmitted on a Tuscan based local television channel called NoiTv. The service aims to offer spectators a fresh take on what the UN does. The news will be uploaded both on the Lab website and the NoiTv website.
