On the 22nd of September, UNICRI Lab participated in Concerto per la legalità, an initiative organized by the Tuscany Region, in collaboration with the Municipality of Florence.

UNICRI through its presence at the concert made an attempt to spread awareness about its various activities by interacting with people and handing out brochures and leaflets. A lot of people visited the UNICRI Lab’s stand. People visiting the stand sounded inquisitive and showed interest in knowing about the working methodology of UNICRI and about its major projects.

The concert was held at Piazza Santa Croce in Florence under the banner of legality ', to thank the boys and girls who have left this summer for volunteer work in the fields confiscated from the Mafia in Sicily, Calabria, Puglia, Campania, but also to revitalize the battle against the Mafia, in the country.

In his inaugurating speech at the concert, Vice-President of the Tuscany Region Federico Gelli said “Music is a great way to send large messages, promotion battles, participate and I hope that the concert process, becomes a fixture in Tuscany".
