UNICRI will participate to the workshop on the "Implementation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 1540 (2004)", organized by the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA) between 7th and 10th December 2009 in Egypt.

UNICRI will deliver a presentation on specific threats and cases of illegal trafficking of biological and chemical dual-use materials and equipment by non-State actors.
